Frequently Asked Questions
Is breakfast included? Yes. Every stay includes a complimentary table-served breakfast on your first morning. Breakfast provisions are also provided for the remainder of your stay, allowing you to enjoy slow mornings at your own pace. Extended breakfasts and seasonal dining experiences can be arranged as optional extras.
Is the wood-fired hot tub private? Yes. The hot tub is exclusively for your use throughout your stay. It is heated using wood and naturally filtered with aquatic plants rather than traditional chemicals, creating a gentler and more natural bathing experience.
Do I need a car? We recommend having a car. Casa Eden is tucked away in the peaceful hills of south Tenerife, making it an ideal base for exploring the island while enjoying a quieter setting away from the busiest tourist areas.
How many guests can stay? The cottage accommodates up to three guests across two thoughtfully designed bedrooms, making it ideal for couples, solo travellers or a small group of friends.
Can I add experiences to my stay? Yes. Depending on the season and availability, you may choose from a selection of thoughtful experiences, including extended breakfasts, wood-fired evenings, hidden picnic hampers and restorative treatments. Details are shared after booking, and some experiences can also be arranged during your stay.
What time are check-in and check-out? Check-in is from 3:00 pm, allowing us time to prepare the cottage with care before your arrival. Check-out is by 11:00 am.
Is the cottage suitable for children? The cottage welcomes respectful guests of all ages, but it has been designed primarily as a peaceful retreat. Because of the wood-fired hot tub, natural surroundings and rural setting, parents should ensure children are supervised at all times.
Is there Wi-Fi? Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the cottage, making it easy to stay connected should you need to, although many guests choose to switch off and enjoy the slower pace of life.
Is Casa Eden close to the beach? The beaches of south Tenerife are around a 15-minute drive away. Casa Eden offers a different experience of the island—one of volcanic landscapes, open skies and peaceful surroundings—while remaining within easy reach of the coast.
